هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن معوقات تطبيق الفاقد التعليمي أثناء جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس الحكومية في مديريات التربية والتعليم في لواء القويسمة  , ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم إتباع  المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتم إعداد أداة الدراسة الاستبانة و تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها , تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي ومعلمات المرحلة الأساسية في المدارس الحكومية التابعة لمديريات التربية والتعليم في لواء القويمة  ، وقد تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة حيث تم توزيع (97) استبانة إلكترونياً على المعلمين والمعلمات , وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : أن المتوسط الحسابي العام لفقرات معوقات تطبيق الفاقد التعليمي أثناء جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس الحكومية في مديريات والتعليم في لواء القويسمة جاء بمستوى متوسط وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.643)  وبانحراف معياري (1.078) , وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة قدمت الباحثة العديد من التوصيات منها  ضرورة توعية أولياء الأمور والطلاب بأهمية تجربة الفاقد التعليمي ودورها في تعويض الطلبة عما فقدوه خلال التعلم عن بعد من مهارات أساسية ومعارف .

تتناول الدراسة الراهنة موضوع إدارة الوقت في الفكر التنظيمي، الذي صاغ افتراضات وتصورات متباينة حول الدلائل المفاهيمية لمفهوم الوقت وإدارته، مع تقديم إطار نظري أبرز مجموعة من التصوّرات التي أسّست أهم الافتراضات النظرية لهذا المفهوم من حيث طبيعته وخصائصه وأهميته. وقـد خلـصت الدراسـة إلى التباين بيـن الاتجاهات النظـرية الكلاسيكية و النيوكلاسيكية والمعاصرة،في أسلوب تركيزها وطريقة إدارتها لهذا المفهوم.

The current study deals with the topic of time management in organizational thought, which formulated various assumptions and perceptions about the conceptual guides of the concept of time and its management, while presenting a theoretical framework, the most prominent set of scenarios that established the most important theoretical assumptions of this concept in terms of its nature, characteristics and importance. The study found the difference between classical and neoclassical theoretical trends, modern and contemporary, in the way they focus and how they manage this concept.
